In 2003, at the age of 21, I decided to set up a general tree and garden business after working for a large national grounds maintenance company for a number of years.

Originally G&R Maintenance limited ( a name we still trade under today ) myself and my small team carried out work mainly for domestic clients covering a wide variety of tasks in the garden including garden maintenance, fencing, landscaping and some basic tree work.

With a lot of effort and hard work we managed to a gain a good reputation and a lot of our work became recommendations and repeat jobs so building up a large customer base in the local area.

As time passed the business became more tree surgery orientated as this was my real passion so the decision was made to concentrate solely on tree surgery and change our name to Top Tree Fella's a more memorable and catchier title that reflects the work we do.

We haven't looked back since and are now one of the area’s leading qualified Arboriculture contractors with an ever growing team of experts.

We have a loyal customer base, for whom we are eternally grateful. We get lots of work through recommendations from our clients and our customer base is growing rapidly.
